How to Make Turmeric Milk ( Haldi ka doodh )

With so many health benefits of turmeric, you will be thinking about how to include it in your diet. In Indian cooking, we often add turmeric powder in Milk or in curries. Here's the Recipe of Turmeric milk/Haldi ka doodh ( Sufficient for 1 ) :

Approx Making Time: 15mins

Major Ingredients : 

  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

For Taste :

  • A pinch of Black Pepper
  • A pinch of Ground Clove 
  • Half Teaspoon of Honey 

• Step 1: 

Heat 1 cup of milk in a saucepan on a medium flame for 3-5min or until milk get's a slight boil.

• Step 2:

When Milk stars rising up with it's boiling nature, turn off the flames. And wait until it's get drinkable warm temperature.

• Step 3:

Add Turmeric Powder and spices according to your taste. Stir and mix well then pour in your glass.

• Step 4:

Enjoy!

It is recommended to drink Turmeric Milk warm/hot. Don't let it cool down completely. For Best Results, Drink before you go on your Bed.
